Welcome to The Copia. These terms of service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the website, mobile application, or any other platform or service provided by Copia (collectively, the “Service”). Copia does not claim ownership of any User Content that you submit to the Service. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Copia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content (in whole or in part) and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THE SERVICE AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Termination

  1. Copia reserves the right to terminate your access to and use of the Service at any time and for any reason, without notice or liability. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

  1. The Fitted Collective Inc. may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to determine the current Terms to which you are bound.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, DE and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Entire Agreement

  1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Copia regarding the use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
